Everything was smooth and easy from the test drive to the paperwork. I felt like he did a great job helping us feel comfortable and finding the perfect sorento for our family! We walked in there and they were very busy we walked up to their front desk to ask if they had any salesman that could help us out and YenNhi jumped right away to help us! I love having a women salesman and not… More only that one our age! She made sure all of our questions were answered and we were taken care of. Kia Pat explained everything to me, and the whole… More process was very transparent from vehicle options, pricing, financing, warranties, etc. I never felt pressured to buy or to sign up for unneeded warranties. The whole staff at Oakes Kia went above and beyond to make me feel like family. They even fed me the day I was in there to buy my vehicle as it was lunch time during my visit, so I didn't have to wait to eat or go down the street to get something. I got an excellent trade in amount on my 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid which made me extremely happy. I had purchased a car last year from Kia was not pleased and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I was concerned about and put me in a car that I was much happier with I haven’t driven it very much yet but it is much more comfortable more my style of car I’m 75 years old. I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. The world would be much better off with more sales people like Lyric.

Everyone was very polite and kind. Good people make a big difference! And honesty is the most important thing as a buyer that i look for

Kevin Roth was an excellent representative of Oakes Kia. My problem was the finance person using my city as my street and I didn’t catch it as he went too fast. However, Karen Suarez corrected the next week when I was back in to get more info from Kevin on the tech side of car. Karen was kind and reassuring that address was corrected. I’d give her highest rating along with Kevin. Not sure exactly what Meagan had to do with my purchase other than introducing herself. I was told that someone from service would contact me and so far that has not happened. I got a survey from them on recent service which I responded to that the only service I’d received was when Kevin put the correct amount of air in my tires. I will be making another appointment with Kevin to go over more features once weather is good. I’m hoping for a long and satisfactory experience with Oakes, especially since I bought the 5 year service plan and 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Will someone from service be contacting me to set appointment for first oil change in 5-6 months??
