We walked in there and they were very busy we walked up to their front desk to ask if they had any salesman that could help us out and YenNhi jumped right away to help us! Kia Pat explained everything to me, and the whole… More process was very transparent from vehicle options, pricing, financing, warranties, etc. I never felt pressured to buy or to sign up for unneeded warranties. The whole staff at Oakes Kia went above and beyond to make me feel like family. They even fed me the day I was in there to buy my vehicle as it was lunch time during my visit, so I didn't have to wait to eat or go down the street to get something. I got an excellent trade in amount on my 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid which made me extremely happy.
