Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

I was there last Saturday and purchased my 4th new Kia from Oakes. Jonah was very eager to assist and was very helpful. He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I reached out and Jonah was so awesome to get back with me after hours and on Sunday to ensure everything was taken care of! Jonah was great to work with!

I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.

Oakes Kia has been great to work with since I started going there in March 2023. Recently, when my motor went out, Jarrod Bolling contacted Kia a get it replaced. I had to wait a couple of days for a response and Jarrod communicated with me until the decision was made that they would not replace the motor because it was not knocking. Before contacting my extended warranty company, Jarrod requested that the technician do every test on the motor that could be done. He then contacted my extended warranty company. He had to wait for an inspector to get to the shop to look at the motor before it could be approved for replacement. I then had to wait for a decision. In both instances, Jarrod was great at following up with Kia, with the extended warranty company and letting me know what he learned. My car was towed to the shop on January 12 and I got it back January 30. For all of that time Jarrod was in contact with me. There are other instances I could mention where exceptional service was provided, but I think it is evident why I am giving Oakes Kia five stars. It is my opinion that Jarrod went above and beyond his performance as a Service Advisor. I am so happy to have my car back and most of all, I did not have to purchase a new one. For me, that is BIG. Thank you Jarrod and Oakes Kia!!

We worked with Bailey Boggs to purchase my first ever brand new car - a snazzy 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid. We had visited a couple other dealerships to narrow down our preferred make/model. Oakes Kia had a large inventory that allowed us to mix/match features until we found the right fit. I'm a methodical person who takes time to compare things and process big decisions - so I really appreciated that Bailey never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions (vehicle, cost, financing options, etc.). She even helped keep my tag-along toddler entertained. You may not get the flashy, luxurious feel that other Kia dealerships may have - but you will get great customer service, professional and polite staff, and honest answers.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we asked and he said nope let’s see what we can do for you. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento. Go see Travis he listens and is very knowledgeable about his inventory and isn’t out to make $$ off of you, he keeps your best interest in mind during your whole visit! Excellent experience, new car had chips and dings and they were repaired quickly. Chip has been very helpful. One note is that Missouri requires 2 license plates attached to the car, so cars should come with 2 license plate brackets and they should be installed on all cars before purchase. And not by the sales associate after the paperwork for purchase has been completed. This is not a derogatory comment on Chip, he installed the rear bracket for me, I just don't feel like that should be a sales associate's job.

We had an excellent buying process with Lyric Kimley at Oakes Kia. I can't say enough great things about him. He is NOT your stereotypical "car salesman." A good communicator both during the sale, and after the sale. We will definitely send customers to him in the future. Overall, a transparent negotiation with no hidden dealer add-ons or fake website incentives that don't actually exist. Be prepared for an in-depth extended warranty presentation, but it's still definitely something you can say no to.

I purchased a used 2023 Equinox from Oakes Kia last week, and the process was very smooth relative to what I've experienced with other dealerships. My sales person, Michael Rivera, was great start to finish. I started communicating with them via text a few days prior to my visit and was able to work out the pricing terms with them ahead of time. I liked that the price listed on the website was the actual asking price as I found that not to be the case with many other dealerships who tried to force unwanted add-ons onto their prices. Michael had the vehicle pulled up front and ready when I arrived so we were able to get straight into the test drive when I got there. After that, we were able to get right into the purchase as I did not have to sit for hours trying to negotiate a deal since Oakes lists their best price up front. It was certainly the fastest car purchasing process I've experienced. I worked with Karen in the finance office to finalize the deal. She was great to work with as well. I had prequalified for financing online, but she was able to get me a slightly better rate than I had expected. Overall, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a car at Oakes Kia.

Karen was phenomenal! She was kind, professional, and on top of it. Everyone at this dealership was professional and not pushy. Not to mention they have the best pricing around. We drove from Joplin to get the best deal. Whoever is running this dealership is on top of it. I was annoyed with the financing process and the guy writing every single word out on an iPad. It was repetitive and wayyyyy to time consuming. Cut that out and it would’ve been an absolute dream experience.

Jack went out of his way to find a car that would suit my needs considering some difficult issues. He was so helpful with educating me and setting up the charging accounts on my phone, as it is an electric vehicle. His customer service was exceptional and showed sincere concern with an issue that I was having and resolved it with kindness and patience. We just walked on the lot and it took about three minutes for lyric to come out the door and give us The detail on the automobile we were looking at. He explained everything in detail and loudest to take a drive. When he is finished with his paperwork, we were turned over to Bruce who handle the extra options available. We didn’t feel pressured in anyway and made our decision to go, with the original Kia we looked at. Excellent dealership.

Dillon did a great job in listening to what we were willing to do and not willing to do in terms of additional warranties on our purchase. In the end he came up with a package that was amenable to us. And he never pressured us one way or the other. In the sales area, Caleb was a great person to work with. Relaxed and friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained features on the car to use every time we had questions, and he offered information regarding a lot of things that we found very useful. This guy is a great asset to Oakes Kia.

Chip is the only reason I felt comfortable buying a Kia and why I would refer my friends and family to this Oakes dealership! For the pricing of the vehicle, I feel like it was not honest. The pricing was online for 500 below asking price and at the dealership the pricing was higher. In the long run the dealership did Honer the price that was online.
