Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.

Oakes Kia has been great to work with since I started going there in March 2023. Recently, when my motor went out, Jarrod Bolling contacted Kia a get it replaced. I had to wait a couple of days for a response and Jarrod communicated with me until the decision was made that they would not replace the motor because it was not knocking. Before contacting my extended warranty company, Jarrod requested that the technician do every test on the motor that could be done. He then contacted my extended warranty company. He had to wait for an inspector to get to the shop to look at the motor before it could be approved for replacement. I then had to wait for a decision. In both instances, Jarrod was great at following up with Kia, with the extended warranty company and letting me know what he learned. My car was towed to the shop on January 12 and I got it back January 30. For all of that time Jarrod was in contact with me. There are other instances I could mention where exceptional service was provided, but I think it is evident why I am giving Oakes Kia five stars. It is my opinion that Jarrod went above and beyond his performance as a Service Advisor. I am so happy to have my car back and most of all, I did not have to purchase a new one. For me, that is BIG. Thank you Jarrod and Oakes Kia!!

I'm a methodical person who takes time to compare things and process big decisions - so I really appreciated that Bailey never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions (vehicle, cost, financing options, etc.). She even helped keep my tag-along toddler entertained. You may not get the flashy, luxurious feel that other Kia dealerships may have - but you will get great customer service, professional and polite staff, and honest answers.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we asked and he said nope let’s see what we can do for you. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento. Go see Travis he listens and is very knowledgeable about his inventory and isn’t out to make $$ off of you, he keeps your best interest in mind during your whole visit! Kevin Roth was an excellent representative of Oakes Kia. My problem was the finance person using my city as my street and I didn’t catch it as he went too fast. However, Karen Suarez corrected the next week when I was back in to get more info from Kevin on the tech side of car. Karen was kind and reassuring that address was corrected. I’d give her highest rating along with Kevin. Not sure exactly what Meagan had to do with my purchase other than introducing herself. I was told that someone from service would contact me and so far that has not happened. I got a survey from them on recent service which I responded to that the only service I’d received was when Kevin put the correct amount of air in my tires. I will be making another appointment with Kevin to go over more features once weather is good. I’m hoping for a long and satisfactory experience with Oakes, especially since I bought the 5 year service plan and 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Will someone from service be contacting me to set appointment for first oil change in 5-6 months??

He never once made us feel like we were just a paycheck for him. We liked him and Oaks Kia so much that when we thought we needed to get a new car last year they were the first place we thought of going. We got to work with Chip again which we were really happy about. We didn't even realize it right away but we ended up going there the same day that we had bought our car the year before! While we didn't end up getting a car this time around we had just as good of an experience as last time. I have bought and sold more than 200 cars in my lifetime and I have purchased many many vehicles at dealerships. Once in a while you run across a dealership that really is a pleasure to di business with. I have bought from 3 other kia dealers, but never Oakes. It was nice to have a honest transaction at a place that was not predatory and that would rather make a deal that was acceptable to the customer rather than trying to bully their way into the customers pocket with front end xx products and fake xx discounts that you "don't qualify for". Nobody appreciates that and it's a horrible way to treat a customer. They found a way to get me what I wanted for my trade by using rebates and vehicle discount rather than haggling with me to get the very most they could have. That's a good way to do business and I will certainly go there first for my next Kia purchase. Also, my sales person was very friendly and didn't try to use even one annoying word track sales approach with me.

I wanted a white vehicle. And they didn’t have one that I wanted on their lot with all the options I had to have. Let me tell you, challenge met and executed!!! They did a dealer trade and I got my Sorento with all the options and most importantly in white.

The car buying process went very smoothly, Taylor is a great salesman. my issue is with finance, the address on my title was screwed up initially, so I had to get that changed and due to oakes screwing up the address I still haven't gotten my payment book from the credit union. Besides that, the vehicle i traded in still shows up on my credit karma account as if I still owe on it and traded it in on September 16th.

Oakes Kia has an incredible team. The team collectively made purchasing a new car a delightful experience. I especially appreciated the time that Austin Seever spent pointing out so many of the features of my new car that I wasn't aware of. He also synchronized my phone to my car and helped me to customize many of the settings. I was especially delighted that my brand new car cost over $1,00.00 less at Oakes than the same car, but one year older with 15,000 miles on it was listed for on Carmax. Great deal and great people!

The whole process was great from start to finish. The only reason we ended up shopping for a car at Oakes was because Melissa reached out in regards to buying our Chrysler Pacifica. She offered us the best deal of anyone in the area. She was very kind on the phone and over text and when we pulled into the dealership she met us in the parking lot to greet us!! Since we were there, we decided to test drive a Kia Carnival. Melissa walked us over to the other lot and found a salesperson for us to work with. Isabella was also very prompt in getting back to me with information after Melissa had gone for the day! Taylor was great throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles we were wanting to test drive. There were a couple hiccups and some confusion with the vehicle we drove and the vehicle that was “on paper.” Everyone was very transparent about the mix up and we really appreciated Del getting to the bottom of the price difference between the two cars. The Ramzi in finance was also pleasant to work with and was very personable. Overall we had a great experience and I can foresee us buying cars from Oakes in the future.
