Gary was great & easy to work with. As a female, sometimes we get taken for granted, but Gary was very kind! I went in thinking a used Kia was my onyl option but I left with a new Kia. He wasn't pushy, he walked me through the process & made a new car something I could actually obtain & deserved! Couldn't be happier with the way I was treated by Gary or any of the Oakes team from the second I drove onto the lot to the second I drove off!

Customer service and care is above and beyond at Oakes Kia. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Oakes. We took it upon ourselves to hand select our sales consultant and Steven Carroll did not disappoint. Steven was extremely knowledgable and responsive. He knows every products well and helped us decide between a Telluride or Carnival without any pressure. He kept us informed when inventory was coming to their dealership and in the loop on any pricing changes. For that reason, we were able to get into our vehicle instantly when it came time to buy.

I wrote a review on 9/02/2023 that was not kind to the Oakes Kia's service Dept.
Since that review the Service Department has reached out to me and has rectified our problem and is going forward with the repair of my K900.
Thank you to the Service Manager who has bent over backwards to Satisfy his customer.
If I could delete my last review I would but it isn't possible I have found.

This dealership is wonderful. I have 3 cars purchased and maintained by them and they are always very helpful. I cant stand waiting around in the lobby and they have a great guy (Dave) that will shuttle you to and from so you can go on with your day while they are taking care of your ride. !!!!

Justin was a great salesman even though we made his job easy by knowing exactly what we wanted to order when we walked through the doors! He didn’t try to waiver us in any other direction and was able to get our car ordered in a timely manner. He gave us his direct contact so we could text/call and ask questions during the 3 month period he informed us it could possibly take for our vehicle to arrive. He also texts us updates throughout that waiting period. He was fun and easy going.

We were notified that the car we were wanting had come on the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredible. Justin helped us test drive the vehicle in a different color and find another one that was coming in within a few weeks. We were off on our expected financing and Justin and Jesse were so patient and helpful, working with us for literal hours to find something we were comfortable with. We ended up going down a trim level and left the dealership comfortable with our monthly payment and excited about our new car.

First visit to the service department for scheduled maintenance. Was greeted by the service writer immediately and professionally. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, even though the service garage was extremely busy. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The entire experience was painless. I have been to other dealership's that were nightmares.

Overall excellent experience. Bruce was amazing to work with from beginning to end! Service and follow up was fast and easy. The finance and trade portion was easy and there was none of the typically dealer haggling back and forth. Justin was excellent from the beginning to the end. He was very polite, not pushy made the experience excellent. I think our finance person was José and he was delightful to work with as well. We also worked with an Internet sales person by the name of Madeline and she was very responsive every time I sent a message.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!!
This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free.
No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Just genuinely great service.
I left with the perfect car. Reagan left with his step count absolutely DESTROYED.

I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots.
Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
