The dealership gave me realistic time frames, were honest about how busy they were. In doing this, I was able to plan appropriately. The dates they gave for service and completion were accurate and did not need to be modified. Nate was very timely and efficient with notifying me by telephone, giving me accurate and concise information. Although I am no expert on automobiles and I am no mechanic, the car runs perfectly. I don’t mind that it took some time to get into the shop and serviced. The fact that they were forthright with the schedule and the quality of the work are highly commendable.

Brought my car in for some maintenance, kept me updated on anything they found wrong with my car. Great service, from the time of me setting my appointment up and getting checked, getting updated throughout the day to picking the car back up. Had windshield repaired by outside vendor who was quick and guaranteed work. During that time, spoke with Dan Baxtor who actually listened. Was very competent, accommodating, and thorough. Pulled my vehicle up on the screen and reviewed all service work that had been performed by Oakes. Unfortunately, it did not include the brakes and why an appointment for warranty work is scheduled. Feel comfortable he will ensure the issue is resolved. Cannot say the same about some other service departments.

The wait time when you setup an appointment to pick up and finish the paperwork was over 1 hour after our appointment time. If you are going to have appointments they need to be closer to the correct time.

Great experience at Oakes Kia. They had the inventory in the vehicle we wanted. Our sales person was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and professional. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We have not had it serviced yet as it is a new vehicle.

He doesn't try to force you into something you cannot afford, and he also doesn't try to shove a used car with issues on you either. Highly recommended! A+

Large good, clean selection of certified inventory. 1st time ever saw a CarFax report for an intended purchased vehicle that allowed me to learn a considerable amount of history. Everyone was friendly, Don was very accommodating. Felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle from the dealership than online, from an individual, or auction which is much more of a crapshoot. With a Certified used vehicle Oakes Kia places their reputation on the line which they appear to actively maintain. Need to follow-up on a small item that was discussed during negotiations which I foresee being resolved by their service department.

I was impressed. We weren't sure what to expect when we entered the dealership. We were looking for someone, but apparently had the wrong name or location. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
