Availability was soooo much better than dealership where we purchased, can be a several week delay. I drive for my employment and put on miles quickly with unpredictable accumulation of mileage. So, being able to get in on a short notice was fantastic. Wish I had purchased at Oakes to start with.

Overall the dealership was clean and nice with friendly staff and we were offered something to drink right away. Any dealership can create this exact environment, however, what actually made our experience truly outstanding was Steven Carroll. He immediately asked about my needs in a vehicle, was very kind, funny, easy going and overall genuinely interested in making sure we felt taken care of. If the concern wasn’t genuine, get this man an Oscar! In all seriousness, he really does love people and wants to create the best experience possible for them and make sure they’re getting what they want and need out of a vehicle. This man has unconditional respect for everyone and is overall a righteous dude. The car may have been at Oakes Kia but I bought it from Steven Carroll. It's a great auto center, the only problem is that they don't put gas in the new car and I had to stop and fuel up. If you buy a new one from them make sure it's got gas.

This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free.
No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! Just genuinely great service.

I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots.
Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
