Karen was phenomenal! She was kind, professional, and on top of it. Everyone at this dealership was professional and not pushy. Not to mention they have the best pricing around. We drove from Joplin to get the best deal. Whoever is running this dealership is on top of it. I was annoyed with the financing process and the guy writing every single word out on an iPad. It was repetitive and wayyyyy to time consuming. Cut that out and it would’ve been an absolute dream experience.

Jack went out of his way to find a car that would suit my needs considering some difficult issues. He was so helpful with educating me and setting up the charging accounts on my phone, as it is an electric vehicle. His customer service was exceptional and showed sincere concern with an issue that I was having and resolved it with kindness and patience. We just walked on the lot and it took about three minutes for lyric to come out the door and give us The detail on the automobile we were looking at. He explained everything in detail and loudest to take a drive. When he is finished with his paperwork, we were turned over to Bruce who handle the extra options available. We didn’t feel pressured in anyway and made our decision to go, with the original Kia we looked at. Excellent dealership.

Dillon did a great job in listening to what we were willing to do and not willing to do in terms of additional warranties on our purchase. In the end he came up with a package that was amenable to us. And he never pressured us one way or the other.
In the sales area, Caleb was a great person to work with. Relaxed and friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained features on the car to use every time we had questions, and he offered information regarding a lot of things that we found very useful. This guy is a great asset to Oakes Kia.

For the pricing of the vehicle, I feel like it was not honest.
The pricing was online for 500 below asking price and at the dealership the pricing was higher. In the long run the dealership did Honer the price that was online.

Jose Ramirez was my salesperson. He did an amazing/excellent job walking me the process of finding a new vehicle that was within my price range and that suited my needs. Even though he was new and still learning, he was wonderful, and I couldn't have had a better person assisting me. He was respectful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions.
We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots.
Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions.
The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper!

The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

I had a great experience with Dominic Taibi. It was enjoyable and easy to deal with Dominic while test driving the vehicles. He listened to my wants and needs and we quickly got the car purchased I wanted. It was worth the drive! Everyone was friendly and professional.
