Mr Logan is the BEST!! When I 1st went to KIA I was looking at a Durango but things just was not in my favor that day but I found another car & decided to give the dealership another try & I ended up getting the 2nd car I was looking at. Logan & Cristian both did everything in there power to take care of me. When I need another car I will be going back to KIA bc I know they will take care of me & not give me the run around.

Overall, it was a great experience test driving and purchasing a new car at Oakes Kia. Angel was very knowledgeable and helped put me in the exact car that I wanted and at the price I wanted, too. He even went out of his way to work a deal with another dealership and personally drive out of state to bring the car back to Oakes Kia.

Best car buying experience ever. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and Angel Zamora my sales consultant was extremely helpful. Angel Zamora was kind and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. Angel also helped me with all of the new technology that came with my vehicle and helped me to install the application onto my phone which I really depend on now. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and with the service I received from my sales consultant Angel Zamora.

He was not only kind and considerate he knew exactly what to do when helping me find my new Kia Seltos. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and at an unbelievable price. He helped me download the application for the car to be able to access the vehicle status and to learn about all of the technology as I have never had these options in my previous vehicle. Was able to buy a car with Marion today. I came with several in mind to look at. He listened to what I wanted and we started with what was actually the lowest priced car. Most dealerships will try to stick you with a higher priced vehicle but that was not the case. Drove an hour to come here was definitely worth the drive to come to this dealership and work with Marion!

I had lost faith in dealerships and their employees, until I met Christian. I may not be the easiest customer, due to my past experiences from another dealership but Christian took the tim to explain everything! He worked very hard on my behalf and is a man of integrity. Because of this, I will only purchas from Oaks Kia or any dealership Christian is at. I drove 3 hours to do buisness with this dealership and will do it again! Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
