Auh pham was a great guy to work with when we got here he had us all set up and we had to bring the vehicle back when they had the rental car set up works and everything it was painless he did a good job he got us the car that we wanted the price we can forward we paid cash I highly recommend them the whole process Was Made Simple I understood everything it was great so we're happy now we have a car and no car payment thank you Anh for a wonderful experience!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

I stopped by the dealership on a whim during my lunch hour to look at pre-owned vehicles. Found three that interested me. I came into the sales office and met with bailey. She gave me information on all three and helped me narrow my choice down to one. Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I got the new 2025 Kia Carnival SX. Kia definitely knows their target audience with this vehicle (especially a family of 6). I had the salesmen, Blake Reynolds, or should I say Ryan Reynolds? Either way, both chill, cool, not pushy and he knows his product. I will definitely be calling him again for a future car or to hit up the gym- we’ll see which one comes first!

I was looking around my home state for a specific Tesla Y and ended up having to look online nationally. We found the exact car we were looking for in two states and after deciding to go with the first location in Maryland I called to let Oakes Kia know that I wouldn’t be purchasing their vehicle. The salesperson Lorraine, was so pleasant, and asked me to give her a chance to win my business. Lorraine was the difference and I decided to make the purchase. Obviously, across state purchases are worrisome, but she stayed in constant contact, took photos and kept me posted when the pick up was made, when my docs were sent and until I received the car. I couldn’t be more satisfied by her and the rest of the team. I never post reviews, so this was well deserved. They deserve a big thank you for this experience and the Tesla was flawless. I was not expecting much coming to Oakes Kia after other experiences with other KIA dealerships.... I was honestly shocked that Oakes was so good with customer service. We have really been looking for a good, trustworthy dealership that actually listens to their customers. We searched multiple states and areas for about 2 months and almost gave up until we walked into Oakes. Our salesman, Theo Hart was extremely patient, kind, professional, and attentive! He actually paid attention to what we asked for, which if you've been on any car lots recently- is exceedingly rare! He was not pushy with anything, had a great attitude, and gave us a fair deal. They even stayed late on a Saturday night to make the deal with us. We arent anywhere near the easiest customers to sell a car to and I really did appreciate the smooth car buying experience here. Their entire sales team is very kind, friendly, and professional. Can't go wrong buying with Oakes, I didn't find anyone else better than them in the KIA brand. We look forward to more positive experiences in the future with them and hope to purchase again in the future. I called to ask about financing, and the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful — they answered all my questions and quickly got me scheduled for a test drive. Shortly after, I received a message from Dashon Adams introducing himself as the person who would be meeting me and my wife, which immediately set our minds at ease. Dashon even went out of his way to send us a personalized video of the car before our appointment, giving us a better feel for it ahead of time. When we showed up for the test drive, my wife — who normally dreads the car buying process — said, “I hate the car buying process.” I told her, “Let’s just see what happens.” Thankfully, Dashon made the experience better than we could have hoped for. I had a fantastic experience buying from Oakes Kia. I had picked out a 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range that I saw online. When I got to the dealership, Gavin, my salesperson, had the car ready for me to test drive right away. The price they gave me at the dealership was exactly what they had told me on the phone when I called beforehand. There were no ticky tack fees that used car dealerships are known for. We signed all the paperwork and were on our way. If you need a Kia or any used car then Gavin is your man!

The team was knowledgable, proficient and anticipated out needs. We had been to two other dealerships in the days leading up to our visit to Oakes, so our our perspective was fresh and tuned in. We appreciated the fact that our needs and preferences were listened to and noted- ultimately saving us time, which is what we were hoping to accomplish in the process.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
