I've bought three vehicles from Oakes (my car and my wife's car) and have been getting my vehicles serviced here since they opened. I have had nothing but positive experiences; Jonah Hale is an exceptionally personable and helpful salesman (who didn't try to steer me toward the pricier EX option of the vehicle I wanted because he knew the extras at that tier weren't practical for what I needed), and pursued the best financing rate we could get with a dogged determination, and provided a great, no-nonsense breakdown of financing and warranty options. I'm confident that their exceptional service will keep me from needing their help on the sales/finance side anytime soon, but I'll still gladly come back to Oakes for regularly scheduled maintenance thanks to their comfortable waiting room (stocked with excellent snacks) and knowledgeable and helpful service staff.

Brian Wildman at Oakes Kia are very nice, honest, and professional. He was great to work with and I would recommend him to others who are looking to buy a car new or used. The finance part with, Steve, was extremely long (more then what’s normal) and when you say no to something being added on they keep trying to get you to add it. I understand that’s the finance guys job but when someone says no the answer is no, move on. Steve was nice too though-don’t get me wrong. Overall I’d recommend Oakes Kia and HIGHLY recommend Brian Wildman. He even put a thank you note in the car which was a nice touch and appreciated.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Theo. I was not in the market for a car that day. My old Kia, a 2013 with 300,000 miles on it, had recently had a part failure and I was there to have it repaired. He asked me to look into purchasing another vehicle instead of continuing to sink money into an older vehicle with an excessive number of miles on it. Theo was incredibly knowledgeable, and we looked at several used vehicles before I settled on a 2021 Kia Forte GT. There was no pressure. He had a sincere desire to make sure I felt confident in my decision. Everything was clearly explained, and they were upfront about all costs—no hidden fees or surprises. The Kia GT was very clean, looked well-maintained, and in excellent mechanical condition. They even set me up with a full tank of gas before I drove it off the lot. If you’re looking for honest, trustworthy, and kind individuals who truly stand behind the cars they sell, Kia employees are who you need to go to. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and highly recommend Kia to anyone in the market for a quality used car. And please ask for Theo.

I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
