Auh pham was a great guy to work with when we got here he had us all set up and we had to bring the vehicle back when they had the rental car set up works and everything it was painless he did a good job he got us the car that we wanted the price we can forward we paid cash I highly recommend them the whole process Was Made Simple I understood everything it was great so we're happy now we have a car and no car payment thank you Anh for a wonderful experience!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.

Oakes Kia has been great to work with since I started going there in March 2023. Recently, when my motor went out, Jarrod Bolling contacted Kia a get it replaced. I had to wait a couple of days for a response and Jarrod communicated with me until the decision was made that they would not replace the motor because it was not knocking. Before contacting my extended warranty company, Jarrod requested that the technician do every test on the motor that could be done. He then contacted my extended warranty company. He had to wait for an inspector to get to the shop to look at the motor before it could be approved for replacement. I then had to wait for a decision. In both instances, Jarrod was great at following up with Kia, with the extended warranty company and letting me know what he learned. My car was towed to the shop on January 12 and I got it back January 30. For all of that time Jarrod was in contact with me. There are other instances I could mention where exceptional service was provided, but I think it is evident why I am giving Oakes Kia five stars. It is my opinion that Jarrod went above and beyond his performance as a Service Advisor. I am so happy to have my car back and most of all, I did not have to purchase a new one. For me, that is BIG. Thank you Jarrod and Oakes Kia!!

We worked with Bailey Boggs to purchase my first ever brand new car - a snazzy 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid. We had visited a couple other dealerships to narrow down our preferred make/model. Oakes Kia had a large inventory that allowed us to mix/match features until we found the right fit. I'm a methodical person who takes time to compare things and process big decisions - so I really appreciated that Bailey never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions (vehicle, cost, financing options, etc.). She even helped keep my tag-along toddler entertained. You may not get the flashy, luxurious feel that other Kia dealerships may have - but you will get great customer service, professional and polite staff, and honest answers.

We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we asked and he said nope let’s see what we can do for you. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento. Go see Travis he listens and is very knowledgeable about his inventory and isn’t out to make $$ off of you, he keeps your best interest in mind during your whole visit! Jacob was my sales contact and he made all the difference. He didn't rush me. He was honest. I literally never bought a car without crying before. Chris made me laugh about 5 times while getting the finances hammered out. Both were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. If anyone wants to buy a vehicle, they should go to Oakes Kia.

I usually hate going to dealerships as the staff can be pushy or feel like vultures. Not at Oakes KIA. Stacy was extremely helpful and friendly. She valued our time. Steve was also extremely friendly and helpful, he didn’t give us the run around and was not pushy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They made our car buying experience smooth and I would go see them again in the future.

Working with this dealership has always been very good. This is the second time I’ve bought a car from them.. Chuck is very good from the sales side and Lyric is very good from the financing side. Meg was very fair on the trade process. I like working with this dealership. Is it no hassle and what they tell you upfront is what they stick with. Even have a little wiggle room. Then I got to meet Chris a vibrant, personable and well represented a professional Finance man. He spent a lot of time finding me not only the right maintenance program but the best warranty. We found a top of the line EV9 for $4,000 cheaper than the other local Kia dealerships. The dealership itself is kind of cramped, but the experience was great and the price was awesome.
