Cam Mathis is the guy to see here at Oakes. His helpfulness from beginning to end of the process was bar none. It was my first time buying a vehicle remotely and he made the whole process so easy. All I had to do was show up grab my keys and go get some KC BBQ, at a place he recommended as well. The whole team at Oakes seems top notch but Cam is definitely among the best.

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. Appointment set for today at 0715 but dropped off last night to Corey. Got text at 1330 that all was completed. Picked up at 1530 and visited with Corey. He is definitely a keeper! 1. Attention to detail 2. Courteous 3. kept timely updates 4. Explained all work 5. Walked me to vehicle to make certain I wasn't blocked in. This is how Customer Service should be---Thanks

I was there last Saturday and purchased my 4th new Kia from Oakes. Jonah was very eager to assist and was very helpful. He even handled my demand of test driving the car to my house to ensure it fit in my garage. After I left the lot I had something come up. I reached out and Jonah was so awesome to get back with me after hours and on Sunday to ensure everything was taken care of! Jonah was great to work with!

I was in the market for a car and honestly expected the whole process to be stressful, but Anh made it surprisingly easy from start to finish. Richard Dobbeleare in service took very great care of me. We found out there was a system error with my account but also needed my engine checked. Long story short, I was in a loaner for 40 days while the system error was corrected and received a new engine that fell under warranty. Richard made sure I did not pay a dime for my loaner since the original error was on Kia. While my car was with them, Richard communicated weekly updates with me. Anytime I have to bring my car in for maintenance, I look forward to seeing Richard. His staff is great and working with any one of them is a pleasure!

I've bought three vehicles from Oakes (my car and my wife's car) and have been getting my vehicles serviced here since they opened. I have had nothing but positive experiences; Jonah Hale is an exceptionally personable and helpful salesman (who didn't try to steer me toward the pricier EX option of the vehicle I wanted because he knew the extras at that tier weren't practical for what I needed), and pursued the best financing rate we could get with a dogged determination, and provided a great, no-nonsense breakdown of financing and warranty options. I'm confident that their exceptional service will keep me from needing their help on the sales/finance side anytime soon, but I'll still gladly come back to Oakes for regularly scheduled maintenance thanks to their comfortable waiting room (stocked with excellent snacks) and knowledgeable and helpful service staff.

Brian Wildman at Oakes Kia are very nice, honest, and professional. He was great to work with and I would recommend him to others who are looking to buy a car new or used. The finance part with, Steve, was extremely long (more then what’s normal) and when you say no to something being added on they keep trying to get you to add it. I understand that’s the finance guys job but when someone says no the answer is no, move on. Steve was nice too though-don’t get me wrong. Overall I’d recommend Oakes Kia and HIGHLY recommend Brian Wildman. He even put a thank you note in the car which was a nice touch and appreciated.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Theo. I was not in the market for a car that day. My old Kia, a 2013 with 300,000 miles on it, had recently had a part failure and I was there to have it repaired. He asked me to look into purchasing another vehicle instead of continuing to sink money into an older vehicle with an excessive number of miles on it. Theo was incredibly knowledgeable, and we looked at several used vehicles before I settled on a 2021 Kia Forte GT. There was no pressure. He had a sincere desire to make sure I felt confident in my decision. Everything was clearly explained, and they were upfront about all costs—no hidden fees or surprises. The Kia GT was very clean, looked well-maintained, and in excellent mechanical condition. They even set me up with a full tank of gas before I drove it off the lot. If you’re looking for honest, trustworthy, and kind individuals who truly stand behind the cars they sell, Kia employees are who you need to go to. They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.

Oakes Kia has been great to work with since I started going there in March 2023. Recently, when my motor went out, Jarrod Bolling contacted Kia a get it replaced. I had to wait a couple of days for a response and Jarrod communicated with me until the decision was made that they would not replace the motor because it was not knocking. Before contacting my extended warranty company, Jarrod requested that the technician do every test on the motor that could be done. He then contacted my extended warranty company. He had to wait for an inspector to get to the shop to look at the motor before it could be approved for replacement. I then had to wait for a decision. In both instances, Jarrod was great at following up with Kia, with the extended warranty company and letting me know what he learned. My car was towed to the shop on January 12 and I got it back January 30. For all of that time Jarrod was in contact with me. There are other instances I could mention where exceptional service was provided, but I think it is evident why I am giving Oakes Kia five stars. It is my opinion that Jarrod went above and beyond his performance as a Service Advisor. I am so happy to have my car back and most of all, I did not have to purchase a new one. For me, that is BIG. Thank you Jarrod and Oakes Kia!!

Overall good experience with dealership. Only downfall was pushy Finance Manager that told me Kia offers 3 years, 36000 miles B2B warranty - not accurate. I had to tell her no 10 times that I wasn’t interested in an extended warranty & then she wanted me to explain why. Not professional.

We worked with Bailey Boggs to purchase my first ever brand new car - a snazzy 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid. We had visited a couple other dealerships to narrow down our preferred make/model. Oakes Kia had a large inventory that allowed us to mix/match features until we found the right fit. I'm a methodical person who takes time to compare things and process big decisions - so I really appreciated that Bailey never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions (vehicle, cost, financing options, etc.). She even helped keep my tag-along toddler entertained. You may not get the flashy, luxurious feel that other Kia dealerships may have - but you will get great customer service, professional and polite staff, and honest answers.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we asked and he said nope let’s see what we can do for you. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento. Go see Travis he listens and is very knowledgeable about his inventory and isn’t out to make $$ off of you, he keeps your best interest in mind during your whole visit! We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.
