If you're looking for a Kia in KC, save yourself the trip to the other dealers and just come here first. Traded a 22 Silverado zr2 for a 2022 TRX. I came from Omaha and was hesitant to make the 3 hour drive but Dustin Hazlett put my mind at ease and made the process of basically buying remotely super simple! I don't usually write reviews but I have to today! Stacy Blohm in sales, the used car manager and the finance manager took such good care of me in an emergency. I can't say enough good things about them. I am a traveling medical worker and my vehicle was damaged (not by me). The repair was going to cost several thousand dollars on an older vehicle. I cannot do my job and see my patients without a safe running vehicle and this incident being unexpected, I was not exactly financially prepared. This team went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful, safe vehicle large enough for my equipment and worked very hard to get it in my price range. Then to top it off they added coverage they knew I would need because I dive so much. This team not only positively affected the quality of my life, but because of them I did not miss even one shift! I walked in at 10am and was out by 1. I didn't have to send strangers to my patients or leave them without care. With all my heart, thank you guys! My family will be using you for our vehicle purchases from now on.

The low pressure approach to sales at Oaks Kia is fabulous. Our sales person (Travis) listened to what we wanted and what our budgetary limits were. He found several cars that met our needs. He continued to listen and modify the cars he presented as he educated us and we refined our needs. In the end we got a car that was perfect. I appreciate that there was a team of people supporting sales but I never felt pressured or neglected, just the right amount. Absolutely would return to buy another car.

I recently purchased a vehicle with the assistance of Stacy Blohm and she was fantastic to work with. After my first test drive, they had a trade-in offer for my car and a break down with my final payment I'd be facing ready in about 45 minutes. They also gave us a 5-day period to consider everything, where they would still honor the original trade-in price. Upon returning to buy the vehicle a few days later, Stacy remembered us and got the process started quickly. The process to get financing was very fast and stream-lined, and we had emails with copies of everything and access to our loan before we left the dealership. Stacy also followed-up afterwards with helpful videos, explaining some of the new features on my car that were new to me. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm thrilled with my new car!

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I contacted Bailey Boggs about 3 vehicles I needed to purchase. I knew going into this, they are not standard vehicles found at car lots. Bailey set me up with Taft who knowingly knew Kia would not have these vehicles, admitted he did not know much about them, but researched and located several options for me and I was able to find one from his research and suggestions. The measure of a person really shows when there is nothing to gain but you give it your all anyways ❤️

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage purchased from a friend for my grandson. Requested recalls (6) be performed and oil change, multipoint inspection and Mo vehicle inspection. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
