Auh pham was a great guy to work with when we got here he had us all set up and we had to bring the vehicle back when they had the rental car set up works and everything it was painless he did a good job he got us the car that we wanted the price we can forward we paid cash I highly recommend them the whole process Was Made Simple I understood everything it was great so we're happy now we have a car and no car payment thank you Anh for a wonderful experience!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

My service advisor, Jarrod, provided prompt updates, managed my expectations about the diagnostic timeline, and offered fair, transparent pricing. He even followed up by text to confirm communication and kept me informed without overpromising. Travis did a great job helping me find a reliable first car for my son. After visiting multiple dealerships in the KC area, I landed at Oakes with Travis. The process could not have been easier. He was very upfront and honest, which was refreshing after some of the other dealerships I visited that tried to push bad vehicles on me at a high price point. Travis did not do this. Amazing service from Travis! I went in wanting a 2026 K5 and walked out with a beautiful 2025 k4, he’s very honest and open about what he thinks works best for the situation you’re in and makes you very comfortable with any car you want to look at. Purchased a used jeep via my salesman Travis Petrovich in which most communication was done online and text. Travis went above and beyond to make this transaction a smooth one via a long distance purchase. Got to the dealership, finalized paperwork, were an hour into our journey home and check engine light came on. It was a sensor and a fluke thing that can happen with any used vehicle at any dealership. This is in no way a reflection on the dealership. With that said, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and customer service was outstanding all the way around. My jeep was then delivered to me once they were confident it had fully been resolved. Very pleased with Travis’s customer service and constant communication. Fully answered every single question. Also, happy with the dealership itself and how everything was handled. We have young drivers in our household and can see us being repeat customers for sure.

Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. It was already 7pm and I sat in his office for over an hour, which made me get home super late in the evening. I feel like the process definitely could be sped up.

They were not pushy and explained everything well. The only problem I had was doing the closing over the phone. Being sent lots of documents to sign on a small phone screen in a short amount of time was a bit overwhelming for me. All in all, it was a good process.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in explanation of warranties. I would’ve liked to know the price of the warranties before getting to finance, so that I know the price is constant and didn’t go up due to down payment/ negotiation.

We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.
