Auh pham was a great guy to work with when we got here he had us all set up and we had to bring the vehicle back when they had the rental car set up works and everything it was painless he did a good job he got us the car that we wanted the price we can forward we paid cash I highly recommend them the whole process Was Made Simple I understood everything it was great so we're happy now we have a car and no car payment thank you Anh for a wonderful experience!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anh. He made the entire process quick and easy. He did everything he could to get me to the price point I needed to be at. I was in and out in just under 3 hours, and love my 2023 K5. Major upgrade from the car I had. Lyric (another cool name) in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. No pressure environment though out the entire process. I would have no hesitation going back to purchase again.

Someone get Reagan a Gatorade!! This man was running around the lot in the heat like he was on a game show trying to track down every car I wanted to see. He broke down models and features, answered my questions, and somehow made buying a car feel completely stress-free. No pressure, no awkward salesman nonsense, no headache!! I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

I stopped by the dealership on a whim during my lunch hour to look at pre-owned vehicles. Found three that interested me. I came into the sales office and met with bailey. She gave me information on all three and helped me narrow my choice down to one. Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

I’ve been using the service center for decades over the life of two Kia’s. It’s always a busy place but the service managers have always been helpful. My last Kia had the engine recall problem and it was somewhat difficult to work through the Kia Corporate system. I stuck with it though, and the technicians understood my problem and finally, we have a resolution I’m happy with. Much thanks to Service Manager - Nick Dollar, plus Andrew and Nate, who tirelessly stayed with me and advised me well and made us feel cared about. Its the people that make a difference at any company and this company has good people. Ran into my son’s childhood friends, Rudy and Roodson along the way. There are another couple of high-quality people. I’m glad to see working there.

Our salesman, Reagan Russell, was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He also did what he could to speed things up, which we appreciated. My review is based on his actions. We had completed the online pre-qualification beforehand, hoping it would make the purchase faster. Unfortunately, the overall process still took nearly five hours, with most of that time spent waiting. I would give Reagan five stars for his service, but only two stars for the dealership’s process, which needs to be much more efficient.

We are so excited for our 2024 Telluride and are very thankful for Karen’s patience and kindness through the process. It took us over 6 months to figure out what we really wanted and finally make the purchase. Karen was so easy to work with and never made me feel bad for changing my mind no less than 5 times. Tellurides have so many trim levels and Karen knew the ins and outs of each very well. She was quick to respond to my many messages and always let me know if something was coming on the lot that might work for us. At one point my husband was ready to drive to STL, but I was not feeling like dealing with anybody other than Karen. Darah was also great in internet sales! I’ve already told my friends if they’re going to Oakes they need Karen!

Oakes what was not my first visit, but it was pleasantly my last. I had been to 2 other Kia dealerships in the Independence/Kansas City metro area. Let me say ... I was not pleased by either & horrified by my last—I walked out. Then I researched Oakes Kia, looked at stock, called & made an appointment. Glad I did! I was greeted by my sales person, Karen Suarez, walked to her desk & got right to work. Told her I was looking for a new Kai Soul, but they had none in stock. I also told her I'd look at newer used Souls. Karen found two that met my needs & we went for test drives. All during the time we were driving she was feeding me information about newer electronic/tech feature of that model, the difference between the 2 models I chose & learned a bit about each other as time passed. At no time did I feel pressured into a sale (even though I DID want to buy a car that day). Karen was warm, friendly, congenial, and well informed about the cars we drove. SHE KNEW HER STUFF! When it came time to decide & make the purchase & get an out the door cash price—the whole team was on top of it! Unlike "other dealers" Oakes Kia made the process as painless & as quick as possible. No mind games. No bait and switch. No "extras" on the invoice I did not already know about. What a breath of fresh air! Karen got ALL my questions & concerns answered & very quickly too. Once all the paperwork was complete, car paid for, and I was ready to go—Karen was kind enough to follow me to Enterprise rental to drop off my rental. She went that extra (hundred) mile(s). The whole team did. AWESOME! I don't know in all my 66 years I've ever had a MORE pleasant car purchasing experience. And That's not just hyperbole. I wasn't rushed. I was well attended to. I got all questions answered. And I ended up with a car that I was quite please with. A huge thank you to Karen Suarez for be so personable, professional, and such fun to work with! My experience with Oakes KIA thus far has been great! I was easily able to test drive the car I was considering. Chelsea was very personable and helpful. She applied no pressure to make quick decisions and did not try to upsell me. I felt the process of purchasing a vehicle and making a trade in was very straightforward and fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Chelsea!!

I worked with Nathan and he was very helpful and tried his best to get something done on my car. He opened a new case up with Kia, but Kia has been unable to fix my car. Both of the TV's on the backs of my seat rattle and my car has been in the shop 6 or 7 times for this issue. I have had 2 cases opened up with Kia headquarters and keep being told they are not sure how to fix it at this time. The first case was closed by my Rep without me knowing because I wouldn't accept his $1,000 offer. I told him I wasn't looking for money I wanted my car fixed. This issue started a month after I bought my car. I am also still having issues with the sensor on the front right side of my car, it was replaced on my last visit and still doesn't seem to be working properly. This is the first Kia I have ever bought and I have to say I have NOT been impressed at all for what I paid for my car and the issues I have had. Plus being told we don't know how to fix it, and being inconvenienced by all the trips to the dealership. Come on Kia do better!!
