I had been disappointed with the Kia brand because my local dealer sales and service teams have been disappointing... But what a refreshing surprise it was to work with Oakes Kia and Dom Taibi. We had a really great experience buying our car. My husband is very picky, but Dominic was super patient and went above and beyond to help us get exactly the car we wanted. He even went to another dealership to get it for us, which we really appreciated. Carlos in finance was also a big help—he worked with us to get the monthly payment where we wanted it. Working with Bryan was great. He was super personable and made everything super quick and easy! I would 1000% work with Bryan again and recommend anyone I know to work with him! Lyric was very nice and knowledgeable. My only feedback is it felt like meeting with him took forever. We went to another dealership looking for a deal on a car, we were going to go with a telluride (over what we wanted to pay) and then we had a call from a salesman called dominic, he wanted to get us a better deal and found us one that fit perfectly in our regime AND fit our rubric. The finance manager- lyric, had found us a deal on a warranty that had saved us tons of money and kept it right around what we wanted to pay a month. The new car came with a full tank of gas, added features, and it was detailed/cleaned before we were sent home. This place has also helped out our family by helping repair a blown engine on a car under a good warranty. Would recommend, this was a great experience and they managed to do all of this within an hour.

Jonah was great to work with! Made the deal quickly and I was able to get what I wanted. Not as impressed with Chris, though, as he completely changed his attitude towards me when I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I had told him I was already part of Oakes VIP, that I didn’t want the extended, he went ahead and laid it all out for me, which I appreciated, but in the end I wasn’t going to increase my payment over $100 a month for a glorified GPS and roadside, which I already have. He seemed to become frustrated after declining and he became short and silent. At the beginning of the conversation he seemed to know about my GAP refund from my previous car, but towards the end, he all of a sudden had no information for me. Never had an issue with any other finance personnel there though, as I have been a customer since 2019.

Oakes Kia has been great to work with since I started going there in March 2023. Recently, when my motor went out, Jarrod Bolling contacted Kia a get it replaced. I had to wait a couple of days for a response and Jarrod communicated with me until the decision was made that they would not replace the motor because it was not knocking. Before contacting my extended warranty company, Jarrod requested that the technician do every test on the motor that could be done. He then contacted my extended warranty company. He had to wait for an inspector to get to the shop to look at the motor before it could be approved for replacement. I then had to wait for a decision. In both instances, Jarrod was great at following up with Kia, with the extended warranty company and letting me know what he learned. My car was towed to the shop on January 12 and I got it back January 30. For all of that time Jarrod was in contact with me. There are other instances I could mention where exceptional service was provided, but I think it is evident why I am giving Oakes Kia five stars. Overall good experience with dealership. Only downfall was pushy Finance Manager that told me Kia offers 3 years, 36000 miles B2B warranty - not accurate. I had to tell her no 10 times that I wasn’t interested in an extended warranty & then she wanted me to explain why. Not professional.

We worked with Bailey Boggs to purchase my first ever brand new car - a snazzy 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid. We had visited a couple other dealerships to narrow down our preferred make/model. Oakes Kia had a large inventory that allowed us to mix/match features until we found the right fit. I'm a methodical person who takes time to compare things and process big decisions - so I really appreciated that Bailey never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions (vehicle, cost, financing options, etc.). She even helped keep my tag-along toddler entertained. You may not get the flashy, luxurious feel that other Kia dealerships may have - but you will get great customer service, professional and polite staff, and honest answers.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we asked and he said nope let’s see what we can do for you. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento. Go see Travis he listens and is very knowledgeable about his inventory and isn’t out to make $$ off of you, he keeps your best interest in mind during your whole visit! We finished our visit with Karen in financing and she knows her job and does everything she can to help you protect your investment. Thanks Oakes KIA for being a first class establishment!!

I worked with Nathan and he was very helpful and tried his best to get something done on my car. He opened a new case up with Kia, but Kia has been unable to fix my car. Both of the TV's on the backs of my seat rattle and my car has been in the shop 6 or 7 times for this issue. I have had 2 cases opened up with Kia headquarters and keep being told they are not sure how to fix it at this time. The first case was closed by my Rep without me knowing because I wouldn't accept his $1,000 offer. I told him I wasn't looking for money I wanted my car fixed. This issue started a month after I bought my car. I am also still having issues with the sensor on the front right side of my car, it was replaced on my last visit and still doesn't seem to be working properly. This is the first Kia I have ever bought and I have to say I have NOT been impressed at all for what I paid for my car and the issues I have had. Plus being told we don't know how to fix it, and being inconvenienced by all the trips to the dealership. Come on Kia do better!!

These guys were great ! ! I bought the car on a Saturday and of course a light went out on Sunday. I came by on Monday to finish some financing paperwork and the salesman, Bruce, came over to say hello. When I laughingly told him about the light, he immediately asked for the keys and got it changed before the paperwork was done. Not a big thing but a big thing. Thanks for the great service guys.

I brought my 2023 Seltos in for the first oil change, and I also had a concern about a check engine light that came on and later went off. Jarrod checked me in and gave me a tour of the service center waiting area and let me know that they would check for any stored codes. My vehicle was ready in about an hour. Jarrod went over everything that they did and said that there were no stored codes and everything checked out ok. He was very pleasant and did not try to mansplain things to me, which can be rare when you are a single woman dealing with car stuff. The one negative I have isn't related to Jarrod or my service appointment, but more at the lack of ability to contact anyone at the dealership to ask questions. When I had a check engine light come on in my brand new vehicle, that's a bit concerning. I pulled the active code myself and it was a cylinder 2 misfire. I wanted to call and ask if I should bring it in asap or if it could wait a few days. I called the main number and was routed to the service center. The only option it would give me was to be texted a link to make an appointment or to leave a message. I left a message but no one ever called me back, who knows where my message went. I understand it's a busy dealership and service center, but it would be nice to be able to get a call back for something that could be minor or something serious.

Had my 60,000 mile service after buying my car from the dealership. When buying a car from them you get 2 years of service free (Typical service things like oil change tire rotation etc.) It was easy to schedule online and I was able to schedule it within the next week. It only took an hour to complete which was great. Once it was finished because everything they did was free all they did was hand me the paperwork for what they did and I was able to be on my way. looking forward to my next 3 vehicle services at Oakes

Karen and the crew were excellent to work with! !! Karen went over and above helping us with the vehicle. There was only one key fob with the vehicle and we thought surely there were two since the owners had the vehicle for nine years. Karen put out the extra effort in trying to find the additional key fob by calling the trade-in customer to see if they had a second key. The trade-in customer told Karen that it had been turned in. Karen talked with the sales person who took the trade in and found the additional key fob. This probably saved us $300 to $400 for a programed key fob plus labor. She didn’t have to make the call to the trade in customer but she put out the extra effort by calling the customer (she didn’t have to, she had already made the sale). This was exceptional customer service and we really appreciated her extra effort! Not to discount the others at Oakes Kia, everyone there they did an excellent job, including the finance and deal negotiations employee (embarrassed I can’t remember his name) but he was very pleasant and helpful and we were extremely pleased with the service we received! The entire staff made our sale enjoyable, and we were a super happy customer. We would strongly recommend Oakes Kia to all our friends and family. Best of luck to all of you in the future!!! The sales team was great. The finance department is where they try to rip you off. They want to sell you expensive packages. Even when we said no, they still insisted on running through all their "deals". The financing through KIA was nice however. But people already know they are going to get ripped off at a car dealership so maybe they should stop doing the service packages that are not an actual good deal. The detail department did ok, the car was prepped very quickly so I guess I cant complain, the rag they used left tiny scratches on the paint. otherwise it was ok.
